A shared journal — two people, an open door

Honest notes from
a life held open,
not apart.

We're M & J. This is where we write down what ethical non-monogamy actually looks like once the theory meets a Tuesday night — the good, the clumsy, the tender.

Why we write this down

Non-monogamy isn't the plot twist. Communication is.

1Relationship, redefined

We started this blog because most of what we found online about ENM was either clinical or performative. Nobody was writing about the quiet parts — renegotiating a Tuesday, the jealousy that shows up uninvited, the relief of being fully known.

So we started keeping notes. Not a guide, not advice — just an honest record of two people building a relationship with more room in it, one conversation at a time.

If you're curious, cautious, or already in it — you're welcome at the table.
